Let's just be aggressive at this draft, I think 2nd year under Ross we can improve into a top 5 team barring injuries and with a good fixture

First pick Wilson
Trade future 1st for Edwards
2nd pick hardeman
Trade 40 and future 3rd for 27 and pick Simpson
Trade future 3rd for dee's pick 42 and get freijah or a slider

Trading out future first for pick 14 or 15 this draft gives us Edwards and 12 months development into him over a pick 12-15 next year for another dicey selection area for a mid again, I would take 12 months of development into Edwards over a kid in next year's draft in that 12 to 15 range where out first should be next year, trading up to Simpson is a no brainer and if there are some sliders like freijah, moir then getting pick 42 should be a must.. adding these selections to what we have from previous drafts should set us up long term.. worry about next years selections next year, we should be able to do some Re jigging to get some ok picks

Most teams wouldn't swap our future for their 14 of 15. What if we finish high up the rankings?

Also trading all our future picks "because i want it now" is pretty short term thinking, which is a problem the Saints have had since they brought in future trading.

We have a better recruiting team now than before and getting development and games into kids is what we need

Most clubs might think we could drop off and take the gamble, who knows it's worth a shot

It's not at all a I want it now, just think adding a future first for this year pick for a Edwards is better off than having this same situation again when we have pick 12 to 15 say next year.. a lot of teams rate him highly. Everyone has their own opinions, let's just see how this plays out
