We don't need ruck stocks. No club has good ruck stocks. If we draft a half decent kid ruck we'll lose him for **** all to a club who will actually play him

Look mate we need some players added to our team. Every single player including Oliver started in the draft so it's one of the avenues to fix your side.

There's no guarantee they fix it, there's no guarantee this current group makes top 4 next year either. But at the end of the day when the dealer points at you it's your turn to place your chips somewhere or fold and I'd have pushed em towards the draft.

I respectfully disagree. I don't think we want to draft any draftee to try and help us in our premiership window. Otherwise we end up picking Angus Sheldrick over a Max Gawn because we're emphasising drafting for the now.

I would back Clayton to work on his craft and be more influential in the next 3 years than any draftee. He’s done it before. I blame the game plan and coaching more than personnel for the bombing it in anyhow

He doesn't need to do anything. He's become the best player in the game for 2 years in a row. Forwards just need to get better.
