I think I'm just bitter on the club this season and don't really give a s**t in general tbh. With the straight sets, Oliver and Smith, being happy with top 4 etc maybe I just don't see the draft as being important cause I've lost faith were gonna get it right anyways lol

Fair enough too, haha. I'm just hoping we can nab two kids who can kick the thing (or have some sort of interesting trait) and make us at least somewhat watchable in future

Guess for me it's no necessarily a 2 player issue. It's a team wide mentality. We added Chandler, Hunter, Mcvee to the side and Rivers, Koz etc started getting more of the footy and got objectively shitter at moving it because the team plan sucked and I don't believe the way we talked about it means we're planning to address it

Who said anything about travelling to watch games? With the amount of time you spend here and reading mock drafts you could actually watch some vision on YouTube id have thought.

Who has impressed you most in the vision you have seen and why? What are your favourite options at 6 and 11?

At 6 - Curtin/Watson/Sanders/Caddy/Leake - in that order depending whose available but would be happy with any.

At 11 - If anyone from my list at pick 6 is left, grab them, otherwise whoever is still on the board out of Wilson/Windsor

Would also be happy to use our F1 to trade into 2023 to snare Tholstrupp or Shoenmaker after pick 11.

We will probably get Adelaide’s F1 next year for Petty anyway.

Midfielder who can play in and out, has a big tank, elite work rate, can kick a goal and hit a target. Who says no?

Im not sure he's as good of a kick as a lot of people suggest. Kind of reminds me of a poor man's Parish. Lot of nothing disposals.

We also have **** all midfield depth without Harmes/Dunstan and Jordan leaving so I feel we need to pickup a player or 2 who can run through the guts if we cop a few injuries.

To land 3 of

Curtin/Watson/Sanders/Caddy/Leake/Wilson/Windsor/Tholstrupp/Shoenmaker would be good if they can impact early,

If we pass on Curtin at pick 6 then I’m suggesting his manager has indicated that he’ll be heading back to Perth sooner rather than later.

Normally I’d suggest that we still take him but with Jackson and Petty in recent years I could understand why we just pass and tell WCE that we won’t deal with them either way.

What I read was his contest work had been limited.

It's only around 48 plus hours until the draft and the general consensus is that Windsor and Tholstrup are our potential picks by the looks of it.

Draft journo's usually get good draft Intel close to the draft and reading the ones from the Age and Herald Sun, they too had us with Windsor and Tholstrup.

That might force WC's hand, and then we can get Duursma/McKelcher with pick 4.
