Not happy with Jayden Hunt 2.0, should’ve just kept Jayden instead of pissing him off for a nothing pick and taken Caddy, Leake or O’Sullivan

I'm pretty happy with the picks, must admit I was a big leake fan but Tholstrup looks pretty exciting to me, looks to have a bit of x factor.

He was a rookie pick im pretty sure wasn't he? No one ever melts over rookie picks.

My point is no one is guaranteed to be good no matter pick they are. Getting angry over guys that have never even played at AFL level is just silly.
We picked Jack Watts at one and he was a bust. Paddy McCartin a bust. We overlooked dusty and he is a star. We picked a lazy smoker called Gawn for pick whatever. We also picked a fat kid called Oliver and everyone thought we over reached.
I'm putting my faith in JT that he knows what he is doing, and maybe attitude played a role as well as talent which is why he overlooked certain other players.

Anyone here remember when we drafted McVee last year? Did anyone rate him? How did he go this year again?
Unless you have a crystal ball it really is pointless melting over these picks.

Rookie selection. I'm not sure anyone even watches the rookie draft.

I think it's fun to go hard on wanting certain kids to be drafted. Adds to the night. I'm not melting hard over the Windsor/Tholstrup combo(i like the look of both), just liked the look of the Curtin/Leake combo more, and the fact that it was possible will mean i take interest in both Curtin and Leake moving forward. Someone gotta hold these recruiters accountable.
