Such a nuffy opinion.
Is this necessary?

Sorry to quote your post as an example A11dAtP0w3R but this one was just an obvious one to use.

There are so many posts littering this board with these types of little snipes at the moment and it’s ruining the fun for a lot of us.

The immediate aggressive vibe that comes from certain posters towards other comments or opinions is bringing the board down hugely.

We can debate and disagree, no problem - but could we try to bring a bit of humour and camaraderie back around here?

I love coming on and talking footy rubbish/banter with all of you when it’s fun and we can have a laugh.

Only thought (hope) here is that perhaps he’d rather spend the next 2 years at a club in contention, than a club at the bottom?

Might also prefer staying east too as he’s a NSW lad I think.
When you're a fringe player, you don't really get that same luxury. Personally, I'd rather play 23 games at AFL level in a crap side than spend the whole season in the reserves for a top-four side.

I suppose there's those that inexplicably think like Luke Dunstan, but I just don't see the sense in it.

Given where Max is at from an age and body perspective, you’d think we could guarantee a minimum of 5 games (or more) for Flynn if he stayed fit all year though.

Plus there’s the minor chance of seeing action at the pointy end if something goes wrong with Gawn or if we want to run 2 rucks against a certain opposition.

Anyway yeh most likely it would be that he’d rather live in Melb that Perth for the next 3 years but I’m clutching at straws because Flynn is the only ruck option I’ve heard us linked to that I like the sound of!

Not like im out here calling people stupid for no reason. I explained why it was dumb.

The way this thread is going wouldn’t surprise me if MFC put out a “He is a required player” post about Oliver soon to go with Tomlinson, Harmes n Spargo

Big hard no on Lynch with how his foot is progressing (not well)
Really? I trust our medical team to make a very sound judgement on his foot, they are the best in the business.

Trade radio just wrapped up the show by saying that ‘other clubs’ are considering whether it might be worth packaging up a deal for Clayton Oliver and what it might take.

Then went on the clarify that there’s been no indication from Oliver that he would want to leave, and they doubt Melbourne would want to trade him..

Love it when journo's read our board for content 🤗

FWIW much like the Petty thing with Adelaide this really just screams of clubs throwing out lines to see what bites they may get.

Happens every year and Trade Radio need to fill up 12 hours of content a day when nothing is actually happening.

Personally I'm just glad that in spite of Scythe94's valiant effort, Oliver's name just can't escape this thread.

Filling in some of the gaps in my back catalogue.

Not Nate Caddy's strongest game. In spite of the lopsided scoreline, this game was relatively even in general play. Northern just struggled to convert its opportunities inside 50. Caddy dropped a few marks that he would normally grab, and struggled to find space with his leads.
