Elijah Hollands not sure if we're going to draft at the risk of missing on him should he ask for a trade, but I'd put 15 and picks on the table for him. Then try to get as far up the order for Dow and Fish as we can.

Yeah, media got it wrong.
Aside from you only being allowed to have 1 Irish as Cat B, we only had 1 spare Cat B spot with Akuei filling the other.

I’m still keen on Charlie Edwards. Short term replaces Dow’s spot on the list. Longer term replacement for Cripps as a complement to Cerra and Walsh.

Loved the insights you gave on Collard I think it was, if we had a few second rounders you might be tempted but with our hand, need to be smarter.

What about that DeMattia guy? Saw him on TV, only stopped playing cricket seriously a year or so ago.

Given the way we finished this year and having the two Campo boys next year I’m hoping we have a crack at trying to trade next years first to get another late first rounder this year. Having 2x first rounders would give us the flex to either take two talented kids in the late teens or alternatively if there is someone we like having the option of using both of these picks to trade up to nab someone we really rate. Clearly we have most of the prices to the puzzle and adding another 1-2 really talented kids would help a lot. I’m also all for trading the fish pick to acquire Hollands if we can. In Austin we trust.

Has he had a consistent season with good numbers and has he got speed and good foot skills?

Some players who are crafty can dominate at that level but can’t handle the speed of the next level.

Some players best is high afl standard but worst is bog average. Need consistency.

He must have flaws. Just looked up his stats. Kicked 34.28 in the home and away season. No goals last week but 4’against Southport in their final before that. Kicked 7 earlier in the year and most games kicked goals.

No idea. But I think this has been his best year so he may just have matured late.

Hoping we could get our hands of Leake or Wilson with our first and then add another pick for Collard and or Schoenmaker. I've been catching up on some Leake games and since he moved fwd/mid instead of half back he's been awesome. Looks an absolute natural high impact mid fwd

I would be surprised if he doesn’t end up at WCE with a very late pick.

I don't know that Munkara handled life in Melbourne all that well. He certainly has talent, and that hasn't gone away, but does he has the drive to be an AFL player? I wouldn't mind if we looked into Munkara, but my expectations would be low. I think he will end up dominating in the NTFL.
