We were never looking anywhere else for this pick.

Carlton has welcomed enigmatic forward Ashton Moir to the Club, selecting the Glenelg product with pick No.XX in the 2023 AFL Draft.

Held they're nerve, was a risk worth taking and we hit pay dirt, just really hope there is no DRV or Duursma or Menzel or Boekhorst or Clem Smith or Nick Holman (oh, should've kept him...) hiding behind the dark curtains of Crown...

There's still a crazy amount of talent still there on the board....

Mitch Edwards
Ollie Murphy
Logan Morris
Archie Roberts
Archer Reid
Arie Schoenmaker
Cooper Simpson
Koen Sanchez
Luaman Lual
Tew Jiath
Angus Hastie
Zane Zacostelsky

The list goes on.

Can't see Edwards getting past WCE, Lions and Geelong. Same with Reid. Saints possibly looking to Murphy as a key defender or possibly Schoenmaker. Either way, I reckon there'll be some talls being selected by that lot.

Hoping we take Simpson though. If not Simpson, Logan Morris would be a great pick up.

Moir looks alright but demattia would have been good has speed and is a line breaker

Can't lament someone you didn't have a chance to draft.

As a Glenelg boy, Stephen Kernahan should be presenting Moir with number “4” - so let it be written so let it be done.
