Re the “no dickheads” policy- someone clever nailed it earlier. We over corrected.

We have the perfect opportunity to correct this mistake now by drafting Collard.

Just says the pick from Free agency compo goes back to Essendon for Shiels. Seems stupid because Essendon are in this deal trying to offload salary of Shiels but end up with pick 19/20.

By the time North and Saints get compo for McKay/Greaham and bring into effect the new North comp our pick 21 is out to 24.

Saints end of first round band 2 compo is suddenly 21 which is around par for Henry.

So we get 21 added to 24, 43 and the 50’s.

I’m confused at this. North haven’t done anything wrong. Strong off field culture- no pokies.
Outside the top 4 Vic clubs. Never won a spoon for 40-50 years until last season.

How do they have a strong off-field culture if they got themselves into this mess and then stick their hand out for help multiple years running? A strong culture accepts their plight and works their way out. A weak one makes it everybody elses problem.
