We have a good midfield but it hasn't clicked yet
We don't have great ruck options as yet
Lack avenues to goal
Beaten around the ground in the air
A midget defence

On paper this is a 6th-12th best side and just randomly picked a number based on injury and coach scrutiny

Good team with a timid coach, which rubs off onto the players. We cannot beat the good teams yet.

Anyone who thinks we’re a sure thing to bomb has rocks in their heads, anyone who thinks we can beat the best when it matters has rocks in their heads


So that probably places us between 5th to 12th.

We’ve simply got too many decent players to bomb completely, and hinkleys gameplan that sacrifices our ability to beat the best is the same gameplan that will see us safely beat a bunch of teams not up to it. They’ll simply struggle to move the ball against us.

probably 6th to 9th if I had to narrow it down further. A bunch of teams worse than us and a bunch of teams better.
