Just because they were good in college doesnt always transfer. Remember the Bucs took Aguyio from FSU who never missed kicks, but in the NFL he couldnt make one and was out of the league in under 2 years.

You can get very good skill position players third round so it’s more what you’re giving up by taking a kicker. Teams are going for it more on fourth downs …think it’s too high a price to pay at this stage.

It was their only roster hole...sure a centre or RT would be nice but not if they end up 3 deep on the depth chart.

Not that good, tbh. He was easily one of/if not the weakest link on the Georgia defence this season. He gives up way too many deep balls- especially against quicker receivers. If he goes somewhere with good safeties that can give him some help then he could be okay but as someone that has seen almost every game he has played in college, I don't rate him that high. I said as much at the start of the season when people were saying he was a 1st round talent. But, I did think he would be off the board by now.
