NFL Network is included on WatchESPN, or the free tier of Gamepass now on CUNZ
NFL Network will take local feeds of games, most of the time the home team.
ESPN will always take the Rams local feed, due to them claiming Australia and an international market
Some games NFL Network will be joined in progress or left early to get the start of the next game.

Ihmir Smith-Marsette was traded to the Panthers from the Chiefs on Tuesday, Dov Kleiman of BroBible.com reports.

The teams will swap conditional seventh-round picks in the deal, while Smith-Marsette should provide some improved depth at receiver for Carolina. The Iowa product has appeared in 16 games over the last three NFL seasons, making six catches for 131 yards and two touchdowns.

Juanyeh Thomas appears to have won a spot on the Cowboys' initial 53-man roster, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.

An undrafted free agent in 2022, Thomas began last season on the practice squad and ended it on the practice squad injured list for an undisclosed injury. Healthy this offseason, the Georgia Tech product has had a big camp and seems to have secured a depth safety role in the Dallas secondary. That could come with more defensive snaps than expected, as coordinator Dan Quinn likes to use hybrid safety/linebackers, and the team's actual LB corps has been hit by injuries. Thomas' main usage will likely come on special teams, however.

Jake Browning is the Bengals' second-string quarterback following the release of Trevor Siemian on Tuesday, Jay Morrison of PFN reports.

Siemian's release confirms that Browning won the summer battle to back up Joe Burrow, who remains uncertain for Week 1 after suffering a calf injury in late July. The Bengals may still take a look at other options for the backup role, especially if they aren't confident in Burrow making it back for Week 1 at Cleveland. The 27-year-old Browning has spent time with Minnesota and Cincinnati since going undrafted back in 2019, but he's still seeking his first regular-season appearance after years of mostly working on practice squads.

The Patriots have waived Kevin Harris, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

Ahead of training camp, Harris had been looking to secure a depth role behind top back Rhamondre Stevenson, but now that Ezekiel Elliott is also in the Patriots' backfield mix, the 2022 sixth-rounder is the odd man out for now. If Harris goes unclaimed on waivers, he could resurface on the team's practice squad.

The Patriots have waived Malik Cunningham, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

With Ian Rapoport of NFL Network relaying Tuesday that Bailey Zappe is also being waived, Mac Jones is currently the only QB that started the day on the Patriots' roster. Look for additional moves to be made by the team in short order, with Cunningham presumably being a practice squad candidate if clears waivers.

The Patriots are waiving Bailey Zappe, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Meanwhile, Jeff Howe of The Athletic reports that Malik Cunningham is also slated to be waived, temporarily leaving Mac Jones as the team's only QB. Per Karen Guregian of The Springfield Republican, the Patriots are hoping get both Zappe and Cunningham on their practice squad.

The Cowboys cut Malik Davis on Tuesday, Calvin Watkins of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Davis appeared to be a favorite for the second-string job at one point earlier this offseason but instead tumbled down the depth chart throughout summer. The Cowboys have minimal experience behind Tony Pollard in the backfield, with their initial 53-man roster otherwise showing Deuce Vaughn and Rico Dowdle. Even if there's some rearranging before Week 1, all signs point to Pollard getting a lot of touches in a Sept. 10 season opener against the Giants.

Jerry Jeudy (hamstring) is not being placed on injured reserve to start the season, James Palmer of NFL Network reports.

With the 53-man-roster deadline passed Tuesday afternoon, teams can now place players on injured reserve and later bring them back to the active roster after a minimum of four missed weeks. The Broncos aren't sure about Jeudy's Week 1 availability but at least have some hope he'll be ready early in the season after injuring his hamstring Aug. 24. They can always change course and put Jeudy on IR later on if he suffers a setback.

With no trade having occurred, Jonathan Taylor (ankle) is now expected to remain on the PUP list ahead of Week 1, Adam Schefter of ESPN and Tom Pelissero of NFL Networkreport.

Assuming that's the case, the running back -- who has been on the active/PUP list -- wouldn't be eligible to play during the first four weeks of the coming NFL season. In that context, the Colts' top running back options ahead of Week 1 are Zack Moss (arm), Deon Jackson and Evan Hull.

The Rams cut Brett Rypien on Tuesday.

Rypien was competing with rookie Stetson Bennett for the No. 2 gig behind Matthew Stafford, and while neither backup shined during the preseason, the Rams are opting to go with the Georgia product. Rypien has appeared in eight career games (all with Denver), but he's struggled with turnovers when given a chance, posting a 4:8 TD:INT in his career.

Hassan Hall was waived by the Browns on Tuesday.

The 23-year-old linked up with Cleveland after going undrafted this past year. Throughout his five-year collegiate career, Hall tallied 2,160 yards from scrimmage and 12 touchdowns while also accumulating 2,581 return yards. The Georgia Tech product's best chance to make the Browns' roster was as a return man, but the team determined he ultimately didn't do enough.

The Rams released Royce Freeman on Tuesday.

Freeman finished the preseason with 13 carries for 46 rushing yards, adding four receptions for 10 yards. However, the 2018 third-round pick didn't do enough to land a spot on the Rams' initial 53-man roster. Freeman could garner some attention in free agency, but he hasn't been productive since his time in Denver (2018-2020).

The Colts moved Jonathan Taylor (ankle) to the reserve/PUP list on Tuesday, JJ Stankevitz of the team's official site reports.

Now that the move is official, Taylor -- who had been on the active/PUP list and was also seeking a trade -- will be forced to miss the first four games of the coming season. Following the Colts' roster moves Tuesday, Zack Moss (arm), Deon Jackson, and Evan Hull are the team's current running back options as Week 1 approaches.

The Raiders released Keelan Cole on Tuesday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Cole re-signed with the Raiders this offseason despite posting career-worst numbers (10-141-1) last year. The Raiders released Cole and Phillip Dorsett ahead of the initial 53-man roster deadline Tuesday, but Rapoport notes Las Vegas may sign the veteran wideouts to practice-squad deals before Week 1.

Miami traded Noah Igbinoghene to Dallas in exchange for Kelvin Joseph on Tuesday, Josina Anderson of CBS Sports reports.

A 2020 first-round pick, Igbinoghene struggled during his first three seasons in the NFL and had his fifth-year option declined by Miami this offseason. Dallas' secondary is talented and deep, but Igbinoghene has a unique skill set that could flourish under defensive coordinator Dan Quinn.

Dallas traded Kelvin Joseph to Miami in exchange for Noah Igbinoghene on Tuesday, Josina Anderson of CBS Sports reports.

A 2021 second-round pick, Joseph appeared in 26 games over two seasons in Dallas, totaling 36 tackles, four pass defenses and one forced fumble. He'll look to carve out a role in a secondary that's already lost Jalen Ramsey (knee) for the season.

Hassan Haskins (undisclosed) has been moved from IR to the Commissioner Exempt List, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Per Mike Garafolo of NFL Network, Haskins' placement on the list stems from an arrest this summer on charges of aggravated assault. While he is on the list, Haskins, who had previously been on IR due to an undisclosed injury, cannot practice or attend games.

I was once a fanboi of ISM. My jets have been cooled significantly since. Had a nice preseason with the Chiefs , think he was top 2 or 3 in the league for total receiving yards over the 3 weeks.

Trade likely more about special teams and him as a return man than him as a WR I think.

Bust for bust, love these sort of trades.

Eagles released P Arryn Siposs.
Siposs has spent the last two seasons with the Eagles but struggled with consistency throughout his time there. Now, the Birds will look to bring in a new punter ahead of their Week 1 opener against the Patriots, with several options set to become available on cut-down day.

There are a number of surprise cuts. Some after i stopped posting too.

I guess Pats want to claim another QB, seen enough of Zappe. Or, dont want there to be some kind of QB controversy?

We kept Matt Corral ffs. If you feel the need to carry 3 QBs cut his ass and claim Zappe please.
