What do you think the chances are of either of those things happening? ie Hiring a good coach or drafting a good QB? We have a lot of years of form suggesting neither will happen.

50/50 on the first and i wouldnt like the odds on the drafting a QB.

His rookie season looks like being the most impressive of all time from TE. He is a beast at everything, great blocker. Looks like a 5 year pro in his prime
