Had to look up my Strava Kom's. I have a 22k segment that ave'd 48. Dead flat road, tailwind, full TT set up. Only one over 50kmh is only 5k long, that one is 52.

When I was a kid I think I may have reached that speed flying down a hill near where I lived when a friend clipped my back wheel and sent me flying head first into the grass before sliding 30 metres onto gravel and then bitumen.
