Here we go with the annual trade/draft fact file. I've pretty much copied the OP from last year so it's the same deal ...
There's so much chat going on in the Trades and Draft 2023 threads that it's impossible to keep up. Hundreds of posts a day.
So this is for the benefit of those like me who only want the executive summary of what's actually been confirmed (no BF or media speculation please):
I'll try to keep a summary up to date in the OP as follows. I'll also see if the mods can sticky this thread until the New Year.

So this is for the benefit of those like me who only want the executive summary of what's actually been confirmed (no BF or media speculation please):
- Delistings
- Trades completed
- Trades officially requested, either in or out
- Free Agents wanting in or out (and what sort of FA they are - RFA, UFA, DFA)
- FS or NGA prospects confirming they want to be drafted by us
- Any changes to our draft picks - we should have 10, 17, 36, 63
- Players we select in the ND and RD
- Any other list management decisions in case I've forgotten some category
- Confirmed Coaching Changes (new category this year)

- Mitch Hannan has been de-listed.
- Josh Bruce has retired.
- Tim O’Brien will not have his contract renewed.
- Robbie McComb will not have his contract renewed.
- Cody Raak will not have his contract renewed.
- Jordon Sweet requested a trade (13 Sept) and has been traded to Port Adelaide in exchange for Port's third rounder, pick 50.
- Toby McLean de-listed (13 Oct).
- Hayden Crozier will not have his contract renewed. (31 Oct)
- Roarke Smith will not have his contract renewed. (31 Oct)
- James Harmes joins the Western Bulldogs for a future third (tied to WB).
- Nick Coffield joins the Western Bulldogs for pick 40 and a future fourth. We also get picks 52 and 56.
- Ryley Sanders selected at the ND with pick 6.
- Jordan Croft (FS) selected at ND pick 15, matching a bid from Sydney.
- Joel Friejah selected at the ND with pick 45.
- Lachlan Smith selected at the ND with pick 47.
- Aiden O'Driscoll selected at the ND with pick 55.
- Lachlan Bramble was signed as Pre-season Supplemental Selection (SSP) 27 Nov 23.
- Caleb Poulter has signed a two year contract extension (2025) announced 4/9/23.
- Bailey Williams has signed a four year contract extension (2027) announced 5/9/23.
- Aaron Naughton has signed an eight year contract extension (2032) announced 4/10/23.
- Buku Khamis has signed a one year contract extension (2024) announced 6/10/23.
- Taylor Duryea and Lachie McNeil have been de-listed but the club has said it will re-draft them (31/10/23). Re-drafted to the rookie list (22/11/23).
- Dom Bedendo has signed a one-year draft extension (2024) announced 2/11/23.
- Gone:
- Rohan Smith has been advised he will not be coaching at the WB in 2024
- Marc Webb has resigned and will not be coaching at the WB in 2024.
- Travis Varcoe will “depart the Western Bulldogs” after three years with the club.
- Matt Innes will depart after 12 years as strength and conditioning manager at Western Bulldogs. He will be joining West Coast in 2024.
- Stef Martin has left the club and is no longer a Development Coach.
- Appointed:
- Matthew Egan has been appointed as Coaching and Performance Manager. He will also "perform a range of administrative functions in supporting Executive Director of Football, Chris Grant, on broader football program activities".
- Daniel Pratt has been appointed as an assistant coach "focused on the backline and team defensive system".

- Jarryn Geary has joined the club as Development and Player Leadership Coach.
- Alex Johnson has joined the club as a Development Coach. (1 Nov)
- Daniel Duvnjak-Zaknich has been appointed as Head of Physical Performance.

FUTURE DRAFT PICKS
- The WB future first has been traded to the Gold Coast in an exchange of draft picks (see Draft Picks above). At this stage we have no first round pick in 2024.
- The WB future fourth also went in the four club deal that landed Nick Coffield.
- As at 18 October 23 Lore's provisional draft order for 2024 has us with only picks 30 and 42 in the top 80. It's only based on 2023 finishing position and there is still a lot to play out in 2023 trading. No doubt things will change a lot before the 2024 draft!
