My like was upgraded to a love react when I noticed who you had given the captain's arm band to.

I've got the VC on Madden, because I know I won't need him.

Having Big Will to plonk the C on every week is reminiscent of the comfort and security of starting GAJ in his prime.
If Gould doesn’t play I’m blaming you and you alone.

You keep promising and promising, but it never happens.

If that does happen, just imagine how I'll be feeling before you say anything mean.

How about levelling it where the origins of the poison tree took flight: Maybe Tomorrow I am looking at you, good-sirrah!

His scoring is all over the place, for example the last four rounds in 2022 - 58, 66, 131, 129. He tag's sometimes eh? Must be a bit stressful owning him, wondering what Chris Scott will do with him each week.

Main problem is there is no other m/r player to pair him with. He's only gone 100+ once, so you don't want him ending up in midfield, so he's got to score well enough to be a ruck. Is 90-100 going to cut it?

If you could move him around easily it would be worth starting him in the rucks and seeing how that plays out, but he seems a bit awk's tbh. Would have been good if he was d/m.
He‘s a ridiculously good asset for the cats but he’s not really a sc player.

  • Tom Liberatore dominated
  • Toby McLean playing on team B but was impactful
  • Riley Garcia had a great showing
  • Adam Treloar, Bailey smith, Caleb Daniel and Alex Keath all sat out due to various reasons.

“Tim English had an icy pole that was too cold for him and has ice-cream brain concussion” - GTFO of my team :p

I'd have a real close look at Oscar Allens numbers ....although cheap, I think in this case you'll be getting that sort of output

Are you going to miss Hopper ?

What impact does Cunnington's CBA's have on LDU ?

Allen's always had Josh Kennedy in front of him.

Not anymore.

Allen will be inconsistent but in a cash cow that's actually a good thing. It makes for peaks that you can sell out on

That's what I'm thinking. Probably be their key target and will spend time in the ruck. Practically guarantees a few tons with his talent IMO.

I was primed for Titch ....then went cold ....now hot again

If you look at the CBA's and TOG ....you have to see the upside, given COLL are playing that fast gamestyle, similar to HAW

You'd have to think Titch's CBA's will go at least 70%

And his TOG back up to 80%+

But but but.... Pies move it too fast! Will be cute watching his widdle wegs wunning awound!

He'll go BANG at some stage with 6 goals, a few big contested grabs, and have a delicious score of 146 in his rolling average.

Yes please.

Going against the grain, suicide or genius?
Mate, if the DPP punt pays off, you will appear to be a genius.

I love every line, taking that into account.

I just have one question.

Y'all touting DPP magic; any names in mind? Gawn seems to be a given according to the prevailing wisdom, but I can see how that might not pan out.

Who else? Have a squiz thru each team and try to compile a list of likely candidates. There are not many of quality. There are many players already with DPP who did not have that luxury last season until the updates.
Apart from maybe Bailey Smith, we won't get any Dogs of note.

12 keepers plus Cunners and Hopper, with $77k in the bank.

DEF
Love watching Doch and love his story. In and around.
Every time Young played last year I said I'm starting him next year.
Baby Daics :hearteyes::hearteyes::hearteyes::hearteyes::hearteyes::hearteyes:
Coffield iffy. Could find cash elsewhere.
Rebecca and Weddle looking good so far.

MID
Oliver or Laird. Laird or Oliver. Dammit.
Bont and Macrae unders and LOCKED.
Green could become Cogs, but this could be Green's year as #1 giant piggy.
Titch is the #1 man again. Watch him running to a ton of contests this year.
Ashcroft's latest reports suggest he's a lock. 2023's Daicos/Walsh.
WiPhi meh everyone has him.

RUC
Big Breakfast and Holler man look safe bets, despite the icy pole injuries and lack of FWDs at the Sainters.

FWD
Dunks or bust.
Timmy will surely be top 4 or 5 fwds.
Cunners a champion bloke and great story. Inspiring and cheap as chips for his potential output.
Oscar and Toby... everyone has them.

Think I'll just sit on this until pre-season gets underway.

I only looked at your backline and that's enough for me to say genius, and I feel absolutely no need to look beyond that.
