Lets gooo Bloods! Demons can close the gap very quickly, can't even give them a sniff. Blow em out of the water lads!

Also. well done to the meedyah for Errol interview in which the first question is about returning to the G after the GF loss. Sweet lord, three games in and is that all they can talk about? FFs.

Goodwin's perspective & Gulden's perspective. (Goodwin is very flattering towards us, as he should be given we've caused him as much grief as any team in recent times.)

Melbourne have four changes, which is very unsettling and a lot for any game.

I'm expecting us to win by 4 - 6 goals... They are a good team, but that's too many changes!

Go BLOODS!!!! :largeredcircle::mwcirlce::largeredcircle::mwcirlce:

I feel this is borderline disrespectful. The Dee's are not some basket case. They are missing Gawn and Pickett which should make it a little easier but, make no mistake - this will be an arm wrestle. I would expect them to be fired up given that we have been a bogey side of theirs for many years, and of course beating them twice last year as the reigning premiers is a big part of that.

Precise ball movement will be the key. Avoid the sloppy turnovers and we win. I have no doubt they will leave it all out there effort wise.

Swans by 9.

the Swans have a better record against Melbourne in Melbourne this century than they do in Sydney
Highs & Lows
Since 2014 there has been only one triple-figure total from either side
Big Ball-Winners
in 33 games this century ... Swans have recorded just 21 games of 30 possessions or more ... Melbourne 11
Major Goal-Kickers
15 hauls of four goals or more to the Demons’ 11.
Brownlow Votes
Swans have enjoyed an overwhelming domination in medal votes against Melbourne since 2000, out-polling them 126-66 in 32 games
A Common Coach
Paul Roos
Sydney have had just three coaches this century ... Melbourne have had eight coaches
And Common Players
Darren Jolly
ex-Sydney ruckman Greg Stafford is the Melbourne forward-line coach.

Even if May nullifies Buddy again, that still gives Amartey and McD a crack at second and third tall defenders. Which is where they should be at in their stage of development.

Be nice if Budd kicks 3. Be even nicer if both McD and Amartey do.
