Felt that we should have given Cadman a chance against Norths. He is the number 1 draft pick, and our future key forward, and it would have been great to get more games to him for further development?

I think we can't afford it. His kicking is off, needs games to develop at the appropriate level, VFL.
Ben King waited about 10 rounds to debut in his first year.

Looking forward to this one. Lots of hype about the North young mids. Will be good to see them in action. I’d have liked to see Rowston picked. Perryman could have replaced Lloyd forward and Ward to the middle.
Just don’t see the point in playing Lloyd ahead of a talented kid.
Perryman’s lack of pace was exposed by the mid-paced Pickett last week. He’s such a smart and brave player, he should be used better.
Rowston crashing against Wardlaw will be good to see in years to come.
