Mentioned him the other nightHe’s been mentioned a few times on here and people have scoffed at it as though he is a s**t kicker.
If he were on our list we’d be very excited about him. He’s a good player.
Happy to wait and see how Sinn goes through the year. I think he will be a player with a bit of luck.Mentioned him the other night
With Sinn injuries I would prefer Bergman

Bergman is underrated though. Also a local kid so suits our plan.

Doubt we would have been able to ask for too much extra anyway. It's the ceiling that you just can't judge without time. Nas is ideal for us because he's one of the few really clean kicking payers in the side. Bergs is that kind of hybrid forward/mid and probably like a bit of a Phillipou type. I didn't watch the Port game yesterday but his numbers at half time looked like he must be playing on the ball. He had about 15 possessions at that point.
There was talk that he wanted to get back to vic last year and Nas wanted home. I think we probably could have got some kind of deal done if we'd been brave enough to do a deal. After that performance it might be a straight swap instead of Bergs and a pick.
When did Gram spend years injured? The injuries are not looking good for Sinn, missed games in his draft year, lost last year and already had surgery this year and possibly carrying OP. As an explosive fast type that's not ideal. Jason Gram is the only player I can think of that spent years injured then became a resilient player.
I think he meant Cripps. When did Gram spend years injured?

Absolutley, plus Bergman is more advanced and ready to plug and play. I also think Bergman is a bit more versatile in where he can play, Sinn is a very one sided player.Mentioned him the other night

Adelaide wouldn't do that deal. What do you think of Rachelle for Nas and a 2RDP?

My preference is to keep Nas, Doc. However we can't afford to be blindsided by a trade request if he doesn't sign an extension this year and lose a homesick pick 8 player for less than his worth.I think we’re getting a bit ahead of ourselves here and that’s not even taking into consideration whether or not Nas will formally request a trade back to SA.
Nas went pick 11 whilst Rachelle went 6 in the same draft. Both Nas & Rachelle have played one season of AFL. Nas played 14 games; Rachelle 13.
Both players have heaps of potential and surely it depends on how they progress in 2023.
If Nas has a breakout season off half back and Rachelle suffers a bit of second year blues it could/should be the Saints asking for the 2RDP to even out the deal.
Port can trade their future first apparently (Not sure how)My preference is to keep Nas, Doc. However we can't afford to be blindsided by a trade request if he doesn't sign an extension this year and lose a homesick pick 8 player for less than his worth.
I'm thinking of a way for him to get back to SA. Power don't have much to trade. I doubt they'll trade Rozee, and while Sinn is being talked about, he doesn't really excite me so I thought I'd look at alternatives.
Depending on Boston Everitt's progress this year, its possible we'll need loads of draft points, which could be the Steak Knives part of the puzzle, but no-one is talking about that so either I've got his draft year wrong or he's not going to be of much consequence to our draft plans.
Must say as nice a kick as he is there were a few clangers v the BummersIf Naz keeps kicking directly to the opposition happy to let him go.
He has shown plenty at Senior Level?Doubt we would have been able to ask for too much extra anyway.
Pretty sure Port rate him fairly highly. Taken around the same mark as Nas and has shown plenty at senior level
He has shown plenty at Senior Level?
He has played 1 game
I am sure Port would rate all their potential trade offings highly ...... yes yes we know he has only played one game in 2 years but sky's the limit with this one ..... we are certain of it .... trust us![]()
You've obviously followed his career really closely mate...He has shown plenty at Senior Level?

My unreserved apologies .... Bergman looks like an ok player (doesnt really scream elite) and he has had surgery twice on his shoulder ..... I would want more than just him for Nas whose ceiling looks higherYou've obviously followed his career really closely mate...
He has played 33 games
