Well, Silvani was all over the ground last night supporting De Koning so I wasn't thinking too much about him as a forward as much as a big guy that can help in the ruck, but really play anywhere. I thought his second and third efforts were really good and stood out from his team mates - on that note either Curnow was gassed early in the forth or he's not big into defensive efforts because when Adelaide got the ball he became a witches hat.

Plus of Membrey and King, neither will help in the ruck much, Hayes, who looks good will have been out at any playing level for nearly a year and a half and so we don't really know how he'll go after that.

He could really take the job that Cordy is fulfilling, or was even meant to fulfill in the backline and either way be an upgrade - plus both his father and grandfather were two of the best fullbacks in history, so it's in the blood.

After that he resigned, don't know what sweeteners AFL gave him this time.

Saved us, we got NWM and Pou from the firsts we kept.
He looks shattered playing for that joke money pit AFL Admin folly of a club.

Players qualify for restricted free agency after 7 full seasons (I think, official wording is the rather daft "Qualifying for restricted free agency means the players are entering their eighth or ninth seasons"), Bing was drafted in the 2018 draft so end of 2025. Awkwardly he's currently contracted until the end of 2024.

Billings isn’t a midfielder.
Steele is becoming injury-prone.
Jones can’t get on the park.
Bytel can’t stay on it.
Gresham may leave in FA.
Byrnes was written off until very recently.
Stocker has played four games with us, that’s it.

Correct. I am loving what we are doing atm and this season so far has been great fun but the reality is Hill, Crouch, Ross & Wood are all turning 30. No need to panic and we don't need to go crazy/over the top, but getting in available talent needs to happen. We have done amazingly well with NAS, Owens, Pou, Caminiti & Windhager, and right now they are all dirt cheap cap wise. I hope this crop is the one we've been wanting for 10 years. Hunter Clark just turned 24, Coff will be back and Byrnes is showing good signs. But we need to capitalise as Steele, Roma, Dougal, Membrey, Sinks and Wilkie are right in their prime years (27-28) and will be approaching 30 sooner then we think.

**Edit - I completely forgot we have Max King on our list, shows how exciting things are at the moment!

Whether he’s a free agent or not he’s going to cost us draft picks because he’ll be a RFA and the Suns will match like GWS did with Jeremy Cameron. One draft pick for someone like Ben King is nowhere near enough.

Might depend on where both finish on the ladder. They didn't match for Tom Lynch because the draft picks Richmond were going to be able to offer weren't great and they were down the bottom of the ladder at the time.
