I wouldn't get too carried away about Cordy. Playing full back is a lot easier when your team is winning all over the ground.

He could never hold a spot at the Dogs and they were desperate for a key defender.

I'll point out that I was one of the few on here happy that we went after him, but I think it's unlikely he is a viable option for our number one key defender.

I've always disliked him but watched him play VFL today. He's a decent player at VFL level and would probably be in our best 22. His face shit's me though. Not sure I could look at him. I'd send a request to the AFL to let him play in a niqab.

I think he showed he's worth his spot down back over Dougs.

It’s a very small sample size but we’re not getting the dumb lazy turnovers in the backline anymore which Dougal is usually good for. I haven’t rated him for a while, I’d be throwing him up for a first rounder even just to send a rocket up him because he’s just way too comfortable.

Butters is contracted for 2 more years and they would hold him to the contract - no chance of getting him.
I really feel Flanders will be the guy we go after and Henry - both are not contracted and very gettable.
