We sell that pick on to North with their lost love Hunter "LDU BFF" Clark and steak knives player or pick for their compo pick 3.

Does it work legally?

North are loading up on gun kids, and they still hold pick 2, but they need list balance - Clark could blossom under Clarkson and they get their second pick downgraded 10 spots. Hunter played 18 AFL games this year, hes entering his peak years and was a pick 7, all that talent is still there, he is ready to go and can play multiple positions. He contrasts nicely in a team loaded up with teenagers.

Works for us. We don't have any more time to waste on Hunter, our window is sooner than North's. We get Sanders or McKercher plus our original pick 12 for Wilson or O'Sullivan or whomever.

Think Charlie Edwards will slide to the second round and could still be there by the time our pick for Dougal/Coffield comes in or even at 31. Really want Tholstrup though, think he'll be a star.

Spot on. We need to be getting thee younger guys through the midfield now while we still have Crouch and Steele near their best, and Ross on the list.

We can't be giving more time to 30 year olds. As they are retiring, King will be hitting his peak age and we need to get the midfield minutes into the kids now so they will be ready to peak at that time.

Are we actually guaranteeing him game time in the seniors? He’s had injuries. Young kids will get plenty of time in there. How old is Jones? If he was fit he’d probably be playing.

RTB got a lot of games into the kids this season. He mentioned it constantly. I very much doubt he’d be throwing that plan out the window.

I doubt many of them will land up going. Doug’s and Gresh our main sources of getting us an improved draft hand.

We are doing it backwards. We shouldn't kill off the rest of the list for it unless we are bottoming out again. We should work out what we want to do most years and then do the opposite and see how it turns out.

Going by our list was the youngest in the 8 , I fully expect us to be pushing for top 4 - bringing in Henry , Dow is giving us more usable depth and losing Gresham is not weakening our depth , its strengthening it with speed and endurance.
