Reading the QAFL thread, might be a few academy boys playing VFL this weekend.

Looking at the roster watch thread Joyce is OOC this year so must only be on a 6-month contract.
I suspect the Club will look at his form at season's end and decide if better options are worth the risk.
I don't foresee any demand for Joyce from other clubs so resigning him not a priority.

He's a journey man KPP who can be good depth. He's 26 I think, we could bump him into rookie list for the next couple of years and bring him in if there is any KPP crisis. Gives us time to draft a KPP and let them build towards taking over the 3rd tall spot.

It'll be funny and sad if Arnold doesn't get picked up in MSD, ends up again available for us this off-season. With all the pumping that's gone on this thread - I really hope he gets drafted somewhere so he can start his AFL career.

I reckon he has 1 or 2 clubs looking at him for sure. He is one of the premier key position backs in the VFL competition and has improved his offensive game exponentially this year. He will be a no risk and cheap list addition to an AFL side. Both Sydney and Richmond are crying out for a player of his ability so we will see where he ends up. Personally I hope he stays at the Lions because he really should be on our list at least as a rookie.

Commentators talking about how many players who are not getting a game in our seniors who could be at other clubs, mentioned... Fort, Lyons, Prior, Robertson, Lohmann, Sharp.

It happens a lot. I think the video feed is on a delay of nearly a minute but the score data is much less so. It's especially annoying when someone is having a shot at goal and the scoreboard is giving spoilers
