We will manage older players, different players for different opponents, (god forbid) injuries/illness, different subs (of which some may be our older players) can all provide opportunities for Fin.

Captain Moore was praising AJ today saying he has played on him most pre season and he has improved. Feels like AJ gets the chance first. Pendlebury also talked about the small forwards at cox’s feet up forward. We have a lot of versatility. Is it possible for Crisp to move back and Frampton miss to bring in a midfielder? Is everyone replacing Murphy with Frampton due to match ups?
Fly talked to Fin Macrae more than any other player last year developing him. The kids done everything right it seems. It's an interesting dynamic.
I am finding the 23 very challenging to pick. Well done to those who have had a crack at it.

We have about 19 certainties for the team and 3 spots up for grabs. The sub, a tall forward and a tall back. We know the contenders I’ll just wait until selection night then bitch and moan about until game day the complain in the game day thread and then give my ins and outs post game while having a go at my whipping boy.
We have one quality tall, in Moore, and a good key position player in Mihocek. We shall have to see if our mediums can have another fine year.
This is probably the way to go. Noble, Macrae, McInnes, Johnson all possible subs.
Cox forward. Frampton, Hoskin-Elliot, Howe have all been swingman. Naicos, Degoey, Crisp pinch hit anywhere. The roles our players can play is huge. It's not a traditional a tall forward is out a tall forward must come in.
Your side is very good.
I would just like to add if Ginnivan was still with us, he doesn't make this team.

If they insist on the extra marking forward
Then I’d rather they not carry Johnson or McInness and vs GWS play the extra tall in defence Moore, Frampton and Dean… can then throw Howe forward

No idea. To me Frampton is arguably the perfect sub due to versatility. Thereby keeping Dean in the side to play down back.
But maybe my in/out numbers are off
