We just drafted our next CHB Barrat is a ripper (& Saints supporter), plus he is a competent swingman. Welcome to the club James and I like that we are drafting kids in clusters.

From what I've just been reading about him he sounds like he is a better pick than some people here are making it out to be.

Like all draft picks though only time will tell how good he is but he sounds like he could be a handy key defender/key forward.

I think the talk of our midfield is entirely overstated.

Ought to be hugely better next year if we get “good Phillipou” for a whole year in there, plus Macrae. Those two alone will be a monumental upgrade on who we had in there with Steele in the first half of the season in particular.

Then who knows, perhaps Clark will finally have a good run at it and have a breakout year, and Dow might as well have not even played this year, so he’s like a new recruit as well, if he’s fully fit.
