Lets hope he is not bid on too early, but he is a much better prospect than he has been previously rated. I watched a lot of his footy this year and believe he will become an exceptional player. He has a bit of mongrel too him awsell.

So it now seems Draper/Smillie or Langford with our first pick, or if all the best mids are gone, then Tauru and the next best mid.

The fact Richmond are considering Allan at 6 also suggests he's a potential top liner. So we'd have to be happy if we get him.

Being a Saints supporter I am anticipating disappointment from somewhere, whether that’s doing a bad deal with 8, or picking players that aren’t up to it in years to come, I am conditioned to know it’s going to happen.

Sounds like the Dees might like Langford over Tauru but not Draper?

So if the Crows Take Langford at #4, the Dees go Tauru, leaving us with Draper (assuming Tigers go Smillie).

But if Adelaide go with Draper, Dees get Langford and we get Tauru.

All this assuming North go FOS at #2

But Twomey just said there is a chance - albeit unlikely that Bo Allan goes at 6 and we get 2 of Langford Draper or Smillie at 7 & 8.

Am I missing something? ill wait for Twoney's mock draft but seems to be all but confirmed that Nth are taking FOS at 2 and not trading down. Looks like a real risk the top mids are gone again. Can;t see Melbourne taking Tauru.
