I'd like to personally thank Tom Sparrow for missing a standard 15m pass against North which directly resulted in Petty's injury and ruining our season. I haven't forgotten Tommy and never will!

Sparrow is terrible and Joel Smith hasn't been good enough or too injured to crack the team for years. Bad examples

Ugly: Sparrow not being able to hit a 15m target resulting in a contest which resulted directly in the Petty injury.

I know it's just skill execution but geez Sparrow. Hit a standard 15m kick and this whole thing is avoided.

Don't worry Sparrow, I haven't forgotten that it was your lack of skills that led to it. Grundy will be dropped which will help us in the long term.

it's funny how you posted all of those quotes and not one of them contradicts anything that I've said. Not one. players make dumb mistakes on the field all the time, you could find twice as many quotes about Petracca. Sparrow is a good player. People saying I said he was a star are just having basic comprehension issues. He's a 10-15 player in the best 22 sort of player.

no. I've been giving it to people for posting his stats at quarter time and then sheepishly not mentioning his last 3 quarters and disappearing post game. Even Ben Brown I gave credit when it was due.

People were literally saying he simply hadn't touched the ball at all and provided his stats as proof, that was it. That's footy talk.

There's proof of you calling him 'terrible' and 'dumb as a door knob'.. there is simply no comparison to people pointing out that he had a 0 disposal first quarter.

Read between the lines. People screenshotting his stats at quarter time of a praccy game as a way to pot shot him. But even if that's your style, screenshot the end of the game stats too then. Have some balance.

Regarding anything I've said in matchday threads when I'm raging I'd take it with a grain of salt. I think we can all understand that. That said, regarding the 'dumb as a doorknob' comment I stand by the fact that we have too many low footy iq players in our best 22. Jake Lever leading the way. And I've been consistent on this for years.
