I enjoyed listening to Finey on Friday nights.
Aside from his obvious love of the Saints which was nice, he took no prisoners. Was pretty entertaining radio. I’d probably listen again.

It’s bloody stifling lately, not looking like a likely drop for your arrival unfortunately. Too hot to even bother with our (superior) beaches either

Met him a couple of times in the past and seems like a lovely guy. He's pretty forward with his politics so sets people off on line. He cops lots of abuse himself.

Brother was a very good musician. Died of cancer in his 30's I think.
Co wrote a lot of the early Paul Kelly material.
Rohan is a nice bloke except for supporting the cheating injectors.

I responded to someone saying aflw skills were poor (I do watch aflw) a few years ago, he proceeded to quote tweet me saying I have a small penis and block me so I couldn't respond.

His politics are very boring, socially progressive Labor voter. Basically a centrist.

He was a Zimmerman, then a Coloured Girl.
Kelly had already been with the Dots and done his solo Post.
His guitar playing ( on Gossip ) was kind of simple, but he had this real nice dirty sound to everything he played.
So not a lot of notes, but a lot of good noise. I thought he gave that breakout album a lot of its atmosphere.
If he did a "lot" of co-writing, Kelly is a bastard at giving credit. But he's credited on Darling it Hurts.
