I will put it on the record that I want us to draft Hugh Boxshall from Claremont to be the understudy to Cripps for the next 2-3 seasons and build his body and tank and then become the tall midfield bull.

Yes please.

Hmm watching some Ollie Hannaford videos.

Me likey.

Burst, great hands, kicks goals, clearance player.

But..

Average Field kick. Not sure he has the endurance to be a mid full time, could be wrong though.

My main reason for still rating Berry above him. Does provide great pressure and has a bit of mongrel but worry if that's enough to translate to being a star at AFL level when everyone's that bit bigger and stronger than he's playing against atm.

Kicking skills and endurance have never been more important than in the modern game.

Just curious

Gabriel Stumpf, listened to his interview this morning with Kane Cornes on SEN and he sounds like a ripper! Speaks well, has his own trainer to work on his game and strengthen his weaknesses and he did well at the draft combine, where do people rate him and think he will go?

He said his the Jeremy Cameron type

His name sounds exotic.

Surprised we didn’t try and land him under our NGA wink*wink nod*nod

Would love to see which clubs are into Tye Hourigan. The bloke is playing local footy and to me sounds like the same trajectory as Matty Egan. Having played with Matty before Chapman convinced Geelong to pick him up, they sound so similar. Just blokes who are a clearly so many levels above local/country footy. I hope we have at least considered him for KPD depth at worst for a rookie selection.

Would like to see 2km time trial and yo-yo results for hannaford.

It seems like the draft combine results are some guarded secret or does someone know where the full results are.

Pretty poor from Travaglia in the sprint.

We need Berry, Hannaford data.

Impressive from Gerreyn to beat Travaglia over 20m.

I'm involved with a club in the same comp, he has been one that should've been in the system for a few years, VFL clubs have come knocking every year since he was with Gippsland Power and he has said no every year since (I believe) 2020 when he did some time with Casey/Melbourne.

He's pretty quiet and likes playing with mates & playing cricket in the summer but think it's gone past that now. Andrew Mackie watched a game and told him he could be the next Tom Stewart and they want him to get down there.

I'm not sure if he meant at VFL level but sounds like someone will take him and he's going to skip VFL listing all together. Great story.
