Week 1 overreactions.

  • Oregon are shit. and wont make the playoffs. could even be season over in October.
  • USC have a defense?? ive seen them do this before against bad teams and then give up 600yds a game against decent teams so want to see more. But sure seemed like an improvement
  • LSU are crap. Kelly at it again wonder if he will survive the season when they are a 4-5 loss team. they have Ole Miss, Alabama, Oklahoma on the schedule
  • A&M well now 1-9 when on Gameday. Still shrink when the lights get bright.
  • Utah the team to beat in the Big12. but with ASU, Arizona, Kansas St, TCU and Ok St the winner of the Big12 will earn it and should have a 2nd playoff team
  • TCU could be back if they clean up the penalties and dumb turnovers
  • Wisconsin still bad :( not going to do much in the Big10 this season
  • Northwestern's temp stadium looks great.
  • Georgia and Ohio St still the top teams once they click on O
  • FSU and Clemson are bad. and why preseason/September rankings are useless
  • Michigan have a lot of work to do, and fast if they want to stay in the game with Texas. Otherwise Texas by 2 scores
  • Notre Dame will be a playoff team, but right now not convinced they will get past the first round.
  • Alabama are still good, but that schedule with Georgia, @ Tennessee, Mizzou, @ Oklahoma could miss playoffs
  • Iowa had almost 500yds of offense. Lets see if they can do it against better teams.
  • ACC will be the only P4 to only have 1 playoff team. Looks like might be Miami back.

Teams on upset alert week 2. Clemson vs App St, Oregon Vs Boise St.
Washington St will beat Texas Tech in the Mike Leach bowl.

It looks great. but come November the winds off the lake will be brutal. The new stadium will be hard to top this one.

I just watched the FSU /Boston College game , and boy the Seminoles were dreadful. They looked horrible especially in defense.
DJ Uigaleleilei looked terrible all game and the crowd were chanting for the backup during the 3rd.
Well done to BC

they can't stop the run. Dudes just being steam rolled. As a defence its a horfible place to be with a weakness exposed, as that is all that teams will do to the the rest of the season.
Everyone got it wrong. They had a segment on Gameday lastweek how NFL scouts expected them to have the best DL in the nation

Oregon, LSU and Clemson didnt drop as far as i thought, but Lots still somehow had Ducks 3rd. I would of moved Michigan to 13.

FSU and A&M out, GT and Louisville in.

3. Texas
4. Alabama
5. Notre Dame
6. Utah
7. Ole Miss
8. Mizzou
9. Oregon
10. Penn St
11. Miami
12. USC
13. Michigan
14. Tennessee
15. Oklahoma

21. GT
22. Kansas
23. Louisville

25. SMU or Boise

What's the deal with Missouri? They've been nowhere for years. Last time I remember them being good was seeing them beat a Manziel leg Aggie team in like 2013.
