Wasn't sure whether it was mods as mods or folks who were mods on some sub-forum posting, but saw the odd thing like that, as well as just some stupid, one-eyed gear from all and sundry. A few of them need to get their hand off it, tbh.
Rarely get any of that gear here and if it does crop up, if settles down quickly, why it works
