The thing with the English clubs shirts is they only have one major sponsor on the front. Looks way better than our mish mash of sponsors on the jumpers.
still cant believe the afl lied to us about the covid above number sponsors being just for covid seasons and it's still implemented

Football (soccer) kits sell more than AFL in Australia and it's not even close. Given the amount of chest beating the AFL does about membership and crowd numbers, that's an embarrassing indictment on how s**t their apparel is.

You can pluck out one jersey you don't like but doesn't change the facts.

It helps that soccer kits change yearly, why would we need to buy new jumpers when it looks the same every year

It helps that they actually look good regardless how often they change.

AFL apparel is awful on the eye and that's the problem.

There are improvements like New Era and the "R" range but lots of work to be done.

To many colours and s**t hoops and stripes on our kits, soccer tops are predominantly 1 colour.

Think the contrast has been jacked up in that pick
Might be mistaken but don’t think we can change the yellow that is being used with the puma tops because it’s a puma yellow that they use across all codes for branding purposes

It’s pretty common practice for big business to use unified colours and they also tend to copyright the specific colour as well

I’m a printer by trade and I know from experience I’ve done press checks for massive companies and they care more about matching the colours on logos and branding more than actual products or if it makes whatever we are printing look s**t
