Hinge? On a key post?Hinge is my breakout player for 2024. Especially if he isn't anchored in a KPD role which given our summer injection of taller defenders, shouldn't happen.

AgreeI thought last year was his breakout year.
He and Milera killed it, both were a big reason we looked great running off half back.

List analysis: Where your club ranks for age and experience
Who has the oldest list, who has the youngest, and which club has the most experience heading into 2024?www.afl.com.au
Amazing how we still have the least 100 game players. Up until the last few years under Nicks the yo-yo’ing of young players was a disgrace and still has an enduring impact on our profile.
At the start of last year we had Four 100+ game players. This year we start with Eight which you correctly identified as the equal lowest in the AFL (with North Melbourne).![]()

F Fog Thilthorpe Pedlar
HF Keays Tex Rankine
C Jones Dawson Smith
HB Hinge Worrell Milera
B Michaelanny Keane Worrell
1R ROB Soligo Laird
I/C Curtin M Crouch Murphy Rachele
Sub Nankervis ( I’d like to get him on the wing at some point soon )
Sloane and Ned to do most of sub work for the season but this is our best side other than Murray out
Emergency Cook Dowling Parnell Butts
Berry is the ? ( 2022 one turn up or 2023 ?)
It actually excites me we have that + Murray as our best side
Hahahaha knew I’d messed itThe clone Worrell strategy has me excited. We could do with a second one.
if you +50 games to all it looks very good on talent and balance and pretty close on experience.F Fog Thilthorpe Pedlar

Tex will be the hard one , the other 2 no sweat by thenif you +50 games to all it looks very good on talent and balance and pretty close on experience.
Have to remove Walker, and maybe Smith and Laird by then tho.
Even if Nicks played a 2020 draftee for every game of their career, they would not have 100 games by this point.
This certainly supports the notion that we did cut too deep with burning our list. More so then yo-yoing kids or anything else.
I think that’s where the next “breakout” externally will come fromAgree

By my rough count we have 17 players between 50 and 100 games currently, so in two years we should have one of the highest counts of 100+game players. Obs we'll lose some of the current 8 and obs all 17 wont get two full seasons of games but we'll have a large group all coming through together.![]()
