Quiet start to the round, good luck all.

I'm so disappointed in you.

(Until next week when I'm forced to take the stumpy campaigner too)

Probably a silly question, but do you think it really matters in the big scheme of things? eg if I were to trade in Sinclair instead and then cop a bye next week, I could be missing out on 100-150 points next week (depending on what Clark scores next week). But in the big scheme of things, is it really worth making a trade based on the bye, when it only amounts to that much of a difference?
It's a thing for me.

Having a bye to come always turns me off personally

Neale going sub 90 with the Windy tag would be very nice too.

Saints don't give up points to midfielders. I expect a low ton. 110.

Rd 1 - Danger 134, Holmes 112
Rd 3 - Zerrett 131
Rd 6 - Treloar 151, Bont 125, Macrae 123
Rd 7 - Drew 114, Wines 112
Rd 8 - Wardlaw 123
Rd 9 - Newc 136
Rd 10 - Young 121, Brayshaw 120, Serong 118
Rd 11 - Viney 120, Truck 116

Interesting stat ... only 10 scores >120 on the season to mids.

Rucks have fared better on a per game basis from the midfield.

Let’s say Clark goes 105 next week and replaces a rookie scoring 55.

That’s +50 on Clark vs Sinclair, and then there’s 10 more games each so Sinclair would have to average 5 more points than Clark to make up the points.

Probably not worth considering the bye if you think Sinclair will average more (unless you’re really struggling for numbers next week).

My cashie opponent has Neale and Dunkley. If Ross doesn’t tag either of those Kents I’ll be furious.

On the other hand, if Old man Fages tags Steele or Sinc I’ll be furious.

😀

Apparently that game last week was the highest ever SC scoring by 7 defenders on one team.
