But you traded 3 for 9 and 13 not 5 and 9. I would definitely do 3 and 38 for 5 and 9.
The trade is basic form would be 3 & 38 for 5 & 9. After bids 5 & 9 become 9 & 13.

Skimming the last 30 pages, it seems we're taking Xavier Taylor, Sam Cumming, Sullivan Robey, Jacob Farrow, Sam Grlj, Harry Scott, Louis Kellaway and a Kickett or Pickett.

Very impressive work by our list managers, turning 3 picks into 8 or 9 players!
You forgot Philippou

By my reckoning it's essentially impossible to get Kellaway if he is bid on after 38, right? That would be a shame.
No after 38 he’d be ours for free.

I don't want to live in that world
More likely we go Pou if we only go 1 of Robey & Cumdog with XT for mine. 3 x mid/forwards back to back to back seems overkill but then again can't have enough talented players.

Edit: Actually...

Phillipou is a midfielder-forward who can turn a game on its head. He’d likely start his career as a half-forward at AFL level, but he’d also be well suited to half-back, where he could use his precise kicking and unique intercept marking ability to great effect.

“I’m mid-sized, but I can play small and tall. I can take marks and also have ground impact. Either half-forward or off half-back, I feel like that’s an easier position to get my confidence up, use my kicking skills and rack it up, damage the opposition with my kicking out of the back half,” he said.

“Using my marking too. That’s not seen heaps as a mid-sized half-back, intercept marking is usually the bigger guys but I can do that as well.”

We've got a fourth pick. I reckon the scenario with Kellaway is this:
  • If he gets a bid before 38, we let him go.
  • If he gets a bid after 38, but before 68 we may match depending on who is left on our draft board.
If he gets a bid after 68, we let him go (no list spots to match)
If he doesn't get a bid, we prelist him as a rookie.

My thoughts from what I’m hearing.

Long shot Farrow at our picks.

As I said yesterday, with the amount of work done on XT and known love for him, I can’t see how we don’t call his name out.

I’ve chatted to people on here now that Robey named being called by us would be a surprise me as the little amount of work been done on him. Not our usual way of business. Data collection is numerous years. At an early pick? Wouldn’t be against it just my thoughts on what I know.

I’m still thinking the names are Cummings, Robey, XT, Sharp and Farrow. With Grilj now only if we split.

Seems to be a lot of games being played by us. This is just how I see it. As Twomey says, this is the hardest draft to predict and if I had to now, it would be XT and Cumming.

Useless prick waits until Twomey releases his then pretends he knows what he is talking about.

Has us taking Robey & Taylor, yet only recently had us taking Taylor & Grlj.

Can't believe ESPN pay him a wage.
He's got the slippery, sliding Poo as well
