as VFL Coach we must be planning on drafting half the SA state team .... because he coached (Head Coach of the Crows Boys Academies) or played against all these boys .... and how about that .... the inside word is that we were taking Cumming and Sharp until Grlj's performance in our VFL program and at the combine made it impossible not to pick him ... otherwise our haul would have been Cumming, Sharp, Peucker, NRT and Kellaway all from that team
