Noah number 1 in under 18's for clearances, also 35 shots on goal in 16 games! Love that. Versatile.
Zane only recently thought he could maybe get drafted (once selected for SA?). Score involvements excellent. 17 years old, scratching the surface with this young fella.
Seems to me these guys (and all our draft pics) are great at bringing others into game (conectors).
I noticed that about Sam Lalor this season. Selfless not about me, me, me.

Also lovin that we still go with great characters at RFC.

Competition for spots with the arrival of this years crop will go through the roof. Even though I don"t expect them all to debut. Lovin what the club is doing! Go Tiges!

I think we have 2 rookie spots, no?

That's 38 main-listed players with Zane and Noah added to main list and Campbell upgraded, which leaves us with Gray, Tresize, Lefau as Cat A rookies and OHB as Cat B (so 4 total).

Can have 44 total players on a list maximum. Still potential for Kellaway + 1?

"An AFL list size can have a maximum of 44 players, including a primary list of 36-38 players and a rookie list that allows for up to two Category B rookies and four to six Category A rookies."

Our AFL list has 38 players. We have 3 cat A rookies and 1 cat B, so we should have 2 picks.
The make up of the list is as follows:
36-38 senior list
6-4 Cat A rookies, if you have 36 senior list then you can have 6 rookies and only 4 rookies if you have 38 senior list.
Cat B rookies are a maximum of 2

Hope this helps explain better.

Can we list Kellaway as cat B now his didn't get selected in the main draft?
As far as I can tell reading through the rookie list rules, no he can't. It is only Qualified NGA kids that can be listed as Cat B

Well I feel like the club would have announced its intention to draft him as a rookie by now if that was the plan.

So I'm thinking we will use pick 2 as a live pick and sign Kellaway to the VFL.

I was thinking similar about the possibility of VFL for Kellaway. If the club feel there is a better option & he would have been informed of the possibilities as well, I'd have thought?

When do we need to nominate Kellaway by.

Does feel like there is better talent left on board so a fascinating watch.

Even someone like BOB has that pace and leg drive power. Played injured all year so hes tough as well.
It will be done prior to the rookie draft if we are taking him

did port win the premiership ?

imagine not taking anyone. mustve won the premiership this year
Though they may turn out to be the true winners of this draft ... there are a lot of players in this draft that don't warrant a 2 year, let alone 3 year contract

I still don't think there is anyone in this draft that would have gone first round last year . If you don't believe me consider this .,.

A Tap dancer was the number one pick

That wouldn’t be a bad option if he doesn’t get picked today, our VFL list has had a number of F/S listed players over the last couple of years.
Guessing we can’t pick him up in the 26 draft as a FS however. He’d be available to all clubs

Endurance is easy to build. If he’s diligent he could improve his 2km TT by 15-20sec in a few months
Considering his training standards are a often mentioned character trait, I reckon he will be fine.

Pretty sure he tested reasonably well already. He certainly wasn't poor which is what Dyl had said during the year.

I did query a few times here why he kept saying it as nothing really suggested he was a terrible runner.

If I understand things correctly, we can add Kellaway to the back end of the rookie draft if he's not picked up in the PSD and we can still take someone at pick 2 in the rookie draft.

Now to trawl through the combine results to see who's the quickest :p
No we can't
