Midfield doesn't bat as deep as expected, particularly without Uwland and Murray, but still a very strong squad, interesting to see which of the rucks gets the main gig

It's looking like Vic Metro are coming from the back of the queue and moving into Championship favouritism.

Nevertheless, all five teams should be competitive - especially at home.

Hopefully WA play their home matches at big grounds. Joondalup will do nicely. Rushton nice. Why not Bassendean? Who doesn't live a visit to the Eastern Suburbs!

Watched Duursma first hand today and I'm not sure why there are questions marks over him he is the best player in the draft and it's not even close.

Saw Prasad at the 16s champs last year and my god was he good for a small fwd. Devastated that he's NGA tied to the Dee's. Exactly the type of player the Blues would be after.
