We won't trade a F1, especially with needing to pay more in 2026 for FS and NGA. We have Tanner Armsroong, who is atm ranged to go around pick 10-15

We'll know more about Archie Daffy and Jack Leyes draft range next year.

A future 1st round needs to just not be suggested by anyone and I'd like to think simply won't be entertained by the club

There’s a slight chance CDT slips to 5 and the Bombers will know this.

With four of CDT, Sharp, Cumming, Robey, X Taylor, Schubert and Grjl available at their picks, they would be mad to trade them to move up the order.

Eagles will take Duursma, Sharp/Cumming.

Tigers will take two of Robey/Grjl/CDT.

Bombers will get the best of the rest. Everyone will be happy.

I’m not a religious man but I do pray to god that we don’t pick CDT. If god wants to s my d then we’ll have someone enamoured enough to trade up for 2, but it’s more likely we just take someone else at 2.

Honestly maybe the reason they’re shit is because WA development is ****ed and yet they keep drafting WA boys? I also think at pick 2 they won’t be as concerned where a kids coming from if they believe he’s the stand out number 2 prospect. That doesn’t mean it’s cdt but I just don’t think at 2 they’ll worry about the kid being from Melbourne. They played that game in 2022 and it’s clearly not turned out how they hoped.

Would love to turn the Young pick into Harley Barker somehow on draft night, sounds like he could still be there in the 20s.

Agree fully ANOTHER REASON WHY INTERSTATE ACADEMIES ARE A RORT-THEY HAVE FOR 5 YEARS UNDER THEIR NOSES THESE PLAYERS, SO ALMOST TAKES OUT THE RISK-BRISBANE LET BIGOA-RYAN GO TO US AS THEY KNEW-NOT UP TO IT AFTER WATCHING THEM FOR 5 YEARS PLAY.

Forgot about gross and grego. Chesser from country nsw. Gross and greggo were picked in the 40s and anybody picked in that range is just happy to get an opportunity. I dont want to spend 3 years of development into cdt only for him to leave for no return
