Clubs know what the quality is like at this time, even if go up or down in their ratings a little. Twomey is being told the overall quality is significantly inferior at the top end, and through the whole draft.

he is this years Jagga but quicker. if we could land CDT and him that would be excellent.

On last years for thinking we would have picks 1 & 2 i had Sharp & Fred
Fred appears to have started 2025 badly or is just tanking it .

Sharp is probably the most consistent from the top listed players talked about for this year but he has been thrown around foward and mid as well as HB i believe and his midfield time has been shared. Also been played at a higher level as well

But Last years draft does look bloody good now and our kids look like gems

Not sure anyone is great this year. But Sharp looks very very good. Pretty much at least a good B grade AFL mid. And quite possibly an A grade defensively minded mid. What's not to like?

I was watching the game last night and those transition running mids are the way the game has gone. Reckon Duursma & Grlj may be the way to go, although Duursma fair chance WC take him to pair with Harley.

We both have had Sharp and Fred at 1 and 2.

Now I'm thinking we go Sharp and whoever is available of Grlj/Fred/Duursma. I'm comfortable with that at this stage.

Greaves is the most consistent player thus far. But no need to pick and choose this early. Champs and a fair few games to be played yet.
