Richmond will head to the draft with picks 3 & 4

West Coast will have picks 1 & 2 after they get band 1 for Allan.

North Melbourne will be crying as they have no picks.
Last time we had 3 it went half decent

Louis Kellaway Round 4 BOG Highlights vs West Adelaide.

33 disposals
1 goal, 1 behind
7 marks
6 tackles
8 clearances
5 inside 50's

Big game from Louis, enjoy the highlights below and leave a like / comment on the video!

Hey you reckon you could move the overlay with Kellaways name from over scorebug? I like to see score and time of game, just helps to contextualise the possession more, at least for me.

great game much better than the earlier one disposal wise and shown he can hunt the call in a midfield contest.

side note that female commentator calling every tenth possession and banging on about the weather during play lol
Might be Jane bunns daughter lol

Sharp started this game like he played last week, looking a little hesitant and only managing to find scrappy, relatively ineffective possessions. Either he or the coaching staff seemed make an adjustment in the third term as he was pushing higher up the ground almost as an extra midfielder and suddenly he was cracking into the contest and stoppage with decisive and powerful movements, extracting the footy and setting up his teammates on the outside.

It's time that we saw Sharp get some run as a primary onballer to maximise his talents.

Would take 3 and 4 if offered now, I think North get on a run in the 2nd half of the year and get to 13th or 14th. West Coast might also get on a run for a month or so like they did last year, so a lot to play out.

I wouldnt take 3 and 4 now

We will finish last and the eagles will get their sh!t together soon
they are not as bad as what they have shown.

Yeo & Waterman back in 3-4 weeks and Garley getting better and team will be more developed in their game style

No $$$ are mentioned its just guessing
personally i think he stays at the eagles but with cap going up so will the criteria for Band 1
Just cant see any team paying $900k+ for Oscar Allen

I disagree about the $$$
He’s a gun forward and captain

I think he will get offers from 800-1ml for 4-6 years

What is a gun foward in your view ?
This is his 8th year and played 97 games and averages under 10 poss a game and 1.5 goals a game

Now lets look at his Injuries ?
How about his leadership ?

Both the above are fails

Yeah hard to argue there

But I think clubs will see it differently
He had a huge 2023 (so big potential) then got injured 2024
Clearly not at 100% fitness this year either

And they won’t be getting him for leadership purposes but solely as a proven key forward with upside

I agree with you but its ridiculous given the guy has had one very good year. That KPF tax.

That’s Fred at this stage, the oakleigh boys are probably 5-25 picks. So if Norf rise (which I think will be more a case of the middle of pack teams Ess, Blues, Dees collapsing than Norf rising) they probably come into contention or WCE get 400 picks we might have to “reach”.

I wonder if we are gonna need a crash and bash mid like sharp too. Lalor could do it but seems silly to waste him in that role. McAuliffe could also fill that spot, feel like him and Juddy’s development this year could have the most impact on our draft strategy.
At this stage using the likes of Taranto & Hopper as those bash and crash inside types with McAuliffe being the understudy and while he's still carries whipping boy status I've liked what I've seen from Dow this year in terms of hitting the stoppage hard and on the move and I think with the bigger bodies that we have in Taranto Hopper McAuliffe Lalor & Smillie he could be someone who could do a reasonable job on the inside knowing that he has some size around to protect him/create gaps

On the outside I feel we're going to be seeing a heap of Banks Trezise Ralphsmith & Clarke on the wings, while another whipping boy in Sonsie could also be an option with his ability to use both feet when kicking that can get him out of traffic/congestion. I noticed we've given him a bit of game time the last couple of weeks on the wing and he's shown some glimpses that it could be a role he builds into.

As far as the draft goes, I know it's very early but Kellaway looks very good as a hybrid midfielder who can win his own footy on the inside, but then uses it well enough on the outside. Adding him and another couple of hybrid types who can also win their own ball, but can also get out on the spread and do damage in space would round out the midfield mix nicely heading into 2026. That is without even having seen what Hotton can bring to the table.

All you need to be is over 6’5 to get 7 years on $1ml in the AFL

It’s a joke
