Even considering the relatively weaker SANFL U18s competition, this was one of the best junior performance I've seen. Dougie slotted 6 majors of his own, set up a number of others for his teammates, took contested marks, laid tough bumps and tackles... what can't this kid do? There were several moments that I had to rewind to check that I did actually see what I thought I saw.

No unfortunately he's next year. If he were available this year I think he'd be a strong pick 1 favourite.
Looks unbelievable
Doesn’t matter that it’s a weak comp
He’s still taking the piss and kicking them from 55-60 dead straight

Geezus Christ, I can see why port were desperate to find any indigenous heritage.

Is next year the “flop for coch”?
Cal will have dildos on gettable lol

Relax guys

We will have pick #1 next year also
Don’t think so
The way we are progressing and ACL guys coming back I can’t see how we will be worse than Eagles next year

They are putrid and potentially get worse if Reid and/or Oscar Allen leaves.
McGovern, kelly and Yeo almost cooked

Agreed. Unless Bone Allan is Chris Judd and they're just hiding him this year in the WAFL

Port tried to get him as an NGA but their bid was rejected, he is the son of Stuart Cochrane who used to play for Port and is now their development coach. Not tied to anyone but strong links to Port

Glad the AFL have strict interpretation on this one and the Hawthorn/Greeves decision

Just on NGA it’s under review, from the AFL site today

“ The Tigers are the only Melbourne club without a metropolitan zone, with Richmond holding onto the Sunraysia region in north-west Victoria, including Bendigo and Shepparton, and they are keen to access a city area as part of the rezoning. “

Hope the AFL follow the Hawthorn/Greeves decision with this one.

Excellent. Our zone is dog shit
