Some teams in there with some very shit picks. Basically excusing themselves from the draft.
Also some shit teams with some shit picks when they need good picks to add talent to their shit lists.

Kevin Bartlett's grandson is called Callum Smith. He wasn't ranked in Kevin Sheehan's top 75 prospects last month.

If he slips through the national draft we absolutely have to take him as a rookie
Why?

We didn't take last years one

Perhaps we need Willem duursma’s kicking to help break the opposition zone and set up scoring plays with his skills

Because his grandad is up there with the greatest ever tigers, afl legend and statue at the G
Another guy eating up a list spot due to family name.

If he's good enough on merit sure but you can't pick him on his name.

Perhaps a few of the numbskulls on here that stuck there neck out to diss Harvey Langford last year should back out of any qty discussion on here , he’s only avg 20-25p a week , would hate someone like that 🙄
Lalor > Langford and he wasn't there at our next pick, so no point dwelling on it.

I’m with you, really like Kaleb Smith. Should just pay him at HBF for a number of games and see if he has what it takes. I reckon he does
I believe he has the worst pressure acts rating for just about any defender of all time so far in his AFL career which is an issue if you are a defender

Fair effort when Jayden Short is an AFL player :D

Sam Toner from our VFL team kicked 4 goals in back to back games for the Young Guns against Vic Metro & Vic Country under 18's

Raso didn't get nominated by recruiters to play either game is interesting...
I can’t see Raso performing any better than a Steely or Campbell tbh. Not convinced we should be trying to get him.

Another week, another massive performance from Swadling in the WAFL Colts, upping his 40 disposals from last week with 42 this time. There was so much to admire about this performance, his combination of size, speed of mind and footwork allowing him to move around congested space to find a stack of the footy and give West Perth a significant stoppage advantage. Maintaining our watch on his disposal, he was poised and creative with hands, but his kicking was a bit off here, regularly missing targets short early in the game and even coughing up a goal on turnover.

Looks a different player to the one I saw last year. There's torching the footy and then there's whatever the hell that was :(

He's been solid with his kicking this year up to this game so I'm not too concerned. Looked like he was just a bit off here, mostly picking the right options but failing the execution.

Composure by foot was the one big area for improvement for him coming into the year I felt, and up to now he'd been significantly better. Hopefully he puts this behind him next week.

Yeah in past he looked quick, agile, good off both feet.

Side note: We had an NGA that had 28 & 16 marks for Murray on weekend. Oscar Roberts if you get some spare time 😁
