The academies really are dominating this year. If Oscar Allen leaves, we could finish the season with picks 2 and 3 and only end up with 6th and 8th ranked players

Blake Oudshoorn-Bennier entered the season considered by many as one of the elite prospects from SA. He missed the start of the season through injury and took a couple of weeks to shake off the rust, but if this performance is anything to go by, he might just be ready to start justifying those earlier lofty expectations.

BOB is a powerful inside midfielder, able to extract the footy from congestion with a burst of speed and agility to get outside into space. One of his real points of difference from the rest of the inside midfield prospects in this draft is his strong and penetrating kick. In this game we saw that kick deployed to damaging effect for the most part, although he did miss a couple of targets along the way.

I think he's a pretty special talent. If he can impact at the champs he has top 10 potential in my eyes. He dropped off the radar due to starting the season injured, and then being a little underwhelming when he got back which is understandable really.
Most of footage I'd seen of him was mostly kicking, link up play that looked elite. He looks pretty good in the contest.

Him, Sharp, Cumming & Cook is decent midfield for Champs.

Cumming played exclusively forward in that same game and looked excellent, kicked 4 goals... could be prepping for him as a forward at the champs.

Smillie can be the mid with footskills. Could very easily be the first receiver to Sharp if that's the way the cards fall.

Watching WC they are absolute trash, reckon Warner will say no and they'll take Fred.

Warner would only be going for the cash can’t see the weagles improving enough to play finals for yonks

Im starting to think this year might be the year to trade down 1 of our 2 picks to GC for their picks #7 + #15

Players like Grlj & Rodreguez looking like being available at #7 and offer Eagles #3 & #15 for Reid if he is actually moving and if not then fill another need in the draft

It’s only May plenty of spilt milk to go under the bridge

Grlj will be a top 5 pick.

I thought the Montague st Bridge

Is that one with the gantry and the dumb campaigners continue to run into it? Kensington not much better the amount of times that’s been hit it’s done well to be standing

I would have no issue walking away from this years draft with
Grlj - Fred & Kellaway all on Rookie wages and saving the cash for free agents in coming years

At this stage that's my preferred option, we need mids with speed and classy skills, Kellaway looks a good prospect also and has a bit of speed too.

Having said that at this stage last year Smillie and Trainor were locks for picks 1 & 2. Only thing that's certain is things will change.
