I think Sam Grlj is our man. Athletics background, great sidestep, competitive and apparently has ran a 2.90 20m sprint.

Is on the latest Gettable show.

What's his skills like tigs2010 ? Looks tidy to me.
He's looked a pretty good kick to me. Hopefully he's a bit of a mummy's boy so WC don't take him lol

The weather got a bit wild up in Brisbane with heavy wind, a bit of rain, and even some thunder and lightning in the fourth quarter. Lachy was buzzing around all game, clean at ground level and doing some creative things with the footy. He had a bit more of a chance up the ground and through the middle and was productive with those opportunities which might suggest more midfield time as the season progresses. He kicked a couple of goals, but was a bit wayward in the windy conditions and his and his teammates missed opportunities cost Eastern in a close loss.

They're talking up Mitch Marsh going before Sharp.

Missed FS opportunity there lol

2.90, that confirms it, he’s quick.
Thought he said that he didn’t have an athletic background, just a footy head.
Like his Butters comparison, he spoke of.

gets caught a lot

Rebounding defenders is becoming a real strength of this draft. Should be a stack of them through the middle rounds.

---

Finn Davis played his first Talent League game for the season in the Darwin heat and turned in a strong performance. He displayed some traits that should have any watching recruiters interested, doing damage with his run and carry out of defence and his strong ball use. NT are a team that players will often rack up big numbers against so it'll be interesting to see how Finn's season progresses against tougher opponents.

Tried to do a pre-Champs ranking (excluding club aligned players because insert who gives a shit gif) and geez its hard to get past 10.

1. Ollie Greeves
2. Dyson Sharp
3. Sam Grlj
4. Cooper Duff-Tytler
5. Sam Swadling (although that rubbish kicking game 2 weeks ago has him on the chopping block)
6. Willem Duursma
7. Fred Rodriguez
8. Noah Hibbins-Hargreaves
9. Rory Wright
10. Josh Lindsay
Needs at least 2 Lindsays to carry any weight

Great size, moves well, great agility, think he's the best contested ball winner outside Sharp. He's a marking threat up forward, can play off half back so has the versatility over Sharp.

The knock is the kicking (particular at goal) being hit & miss but the action looks solid and think he will tidy it up and defensive game.
