Ia there anything actually wrong with the Duursmas? They both look like pretty good players to me.If his last name wasn't Duursma we'd all want him at number one let's be honest.

Dyson Sharp is propably the most guaranteed player to reach the higher level at AFL and play 200 gamesView attachment 2320969
AMONG the most esteemed junior footballers this year is Dyson Sharp, who has been regarded as South Australia’s top 2007-born prospect for some time. No other budding draftee is better at winning contested ball than the Croweaters’ Under 18 captain, who continues to prove as much in 2025.
Sharp, who debuted in Central District’s League team last year, was named best afield for his side in the annual Talent Clash on Saturday. The 188cm inside bull set the tone at the source with typically strong distributive work, holding his own despite going down by 14 points to the SA Under 20 outfit.
Highly regarded around the country, Sharp’s dominant output amongst his peers will put his side in good stead heading into the National Championships. We put the midfielder’s latest performance under the Player Focus microscope to dissect how well he stacks up against this year’s top-end talent.

Too early for that imo. The VM kids should come through in Champs. Kids that were behind the stars of last year.Cal twomey saying that the top group of guys in previous drafts like the 2023 draft in Mckercher, Walter, sanders, duursma ,watson, caddy and in the 2024 draft in O'Sullivan, Smith, Draper, Ashcroft, Langford would all be the number current number 1 pick in the 2025 draft. That recruiters aren't that interested in trading out valued contacted players for picks this year.
Seems pretty set on Cooper Duff- Tytler being pick 1 as well
Yeh Cal did preface it by saying that the champs will tell the story but at this stage that's how he and recruiters view it.Too early for that imo. The VM kids should come through in Champs. Kids that were behind the stars of last year.
WC need a ruck. Would be good for us if they took CDT. Also interesting if McLovin retires can they actually afford to let Allen go too. Big experience out the door to let them both bail.
Yeah I could see them luring Blight home, wouldn't cost them much in fairness.Yeh Cal did preface it by saying that the champs will tell the story but at this stage that's how he and recruiters view it.
Darcy Cameron was linked strongly to West Coast today which doesn't make much sense, given age and who is at the top of the draft.
If Mcgovern is medically retired the eagles key back stocks are deplorable but can't see them keeping Allen only to play him back. Think eagles will let him go regardless if he nets them pick 2, if he is band 2 then think he is a good chance to stay. If they are chasing experience could see them target guys like Sam Frost, Darcy Gardiner or younger WA guys like Judd McVee, Jed Busslinger maybe even Jacob Blight
Most posters here just hate Xavier cos he carried on with the bow and arrow in that final and gave it to Lynchy, but he's been pretty good for the Bombers.Ia there anything actually wrong with the Duursmas? They both look like pretty good players to me.
They won't have a choice if he wants to go. Yeah Weagles picking a ruckman with pick 1 would be ideal.Too early for that imo. The VM kids should come through in Champs. Kids that were behind the stars of last year.

I think he has checked out. Wants to go to Lions apparently. Not a chance Weagles match if it gets them pick 2 though.I was under the impression they were dishing out a shit offer to him and forcing his hand.
I'm going to put a double line through the Eagles as teams rising up the ladder with us. They have next to zero good experience once those 2 go.I think he has checked out. Wants to go to Lions apparently. Not a chance Weagles match if it gets them pick 2 though.
Try telling their fans thatI'm going to put a double line through the Eagles as teams rising up the ladder with us. They have next to zero good experience once those 2 go.
Duggan, Baker, Graham and a 400 year old Cripps and meathead Waterman leading the way lmao

Tom RoachCal Twomey said Cody Walker is a number #1 pick contender next season... fk Carlton lol
How come we never get good F/S? we get spuds like Patrick Naish. it's so unfair.
Nothing "wrong" with them, but there's a little bit of history with Xavier. He got stuck into Lynch in the 2020 prelim and then dropped a costly sitter later in the game. He also has that stupid bow and arrow celebration. One time we were up by 40 odd at the G against Port and he kicked a soda 25m out and ripped out the celebration in front of our fans. He's just one of those players that Richmond fans love to hate. In the same category as guys like Mitch Robinson, Mason Cox and Tex Walker.Ia there anything actually wrong with the Duursmas? Oh yeah, they're so ****ed. This is why they should try get the top 4 picks this year IMO. They have been kicking the rebuild can down the road for 4 years now.I'm going to put a double line through the Eagles as teams rising up the ladder with us. haha bzparkes and shueygod. What silly little campaigners they are.Yeah...nahhhh![]()
Obeanbag is the worst IMO, literally the dumbest campaigner on BF, always wrong, always flip flopping, massive dumb campaigner.Oh yeah, they're so ****ed. This is why they should try get the top 4 picks this year IMO. They have been kicking the rebuild can down the road for 4 years now.
Did you see their coaches votes this week? The two best players on the ground in their only win were Baker and JGTI

Your post needs the gig of the Bow & Arrow man dropping the premiership cup after staining his shortsMost posters here just hate Xavier cos he carried on with the bow and arrow in that final and gave it to Lynchy, but he's been pretty good for the Bombers.
The Norf one is iffy.

Collingwood got the Daicos.
