Short answer no.Am I insane for preferring Zane Peucker over Mr Uber Eats guy in Stephenson?
From what I’ve seen of highlights, I would have preferred we take both Peucker and B.O.B. and then one other mid type (even if it is Watkins).Short answer no.
There’s a reason we are the only ones that would look at taking Stephenson on.
Willing to concede if he brings Uber Eats as a sponsor.Isn't Stephenson the no risk high reward player you look into when you are devoid of assets

Shifter on 5AA said the Suns dont have much coming through with their academies over the next few years (hence why they might want to load up with their academy picks this year.Crows are trading 48 for Suns' F3 and we might be trading 49 for another Suns' F3.
Whoever ends up with the F3 that is tied to Bombers will probably end up with 10 spots higher in the draft next year with their F3. We should push for the Bombers' F3 as hard as possible.

Draft guru Cal Twomey reveals the last-minute draft whispers ahead of the 2025 AFL Draftwww.afl.com.au
I actually feel sorry for Dan. He left a great club, where he was played in his best position, becoming an all Australian.Houston was good for us because we played him in his proper role.
He’ll die on the arse at Collingwood unless they use him as we did.
Would love to have him next year so we could move Rozee forward.
Which is why I'd try do a deal to get the 2nd rounder tied to Melbourne in 2026. Give 49 + our F3 for Melbourne's F2. I think they would give it up.Shifter on 5AA said the Suns dont have much coming through with their academies over the next few years (hence why they might want to load up with their academy picks this year.
also noticed that the Suns dont have a 1st round pick for 2026. There 3rd round picks is around our 3rd pick - Lore's provisional 2026 national draft picks show the suns 3rd round picks are 40 & 49.
the suns 3rd round pick for 2027 is tied with Melbourne
Another pick for the BIG DOUG. It would be a great outcome.Which is why I'd try do a deal to get the 2nd rounder tied to Melbourne in 2026. Give 49 + our F3 for Melbourne's F2. I think they would give it up.
Would do a 3 way trade like this:
West Coast give 41, get Bombers' F3
Port give 49 and F3, get Demons' F2
Suns give Demons' F2, Bombers' F3; get 41, 49 and Port's F3
Think all parties win out of that win. I am going with Cal's mail that West Coast will likely use 4 selections so pick 41 won't be used.
and any picks for 2027 (for Pilot, Salopek & Rodan) would also be a good outcomeAnother pick for the BIG DOUG. It would be a great outcome.

Really puts it in perspective how ridiculous it is when idiots cry about us and Dougie. Other clubs do this shit every single year. What a joke the talent distribution has become. 4 of the top 6 are pre allocated to clubs as well as 10 of the top 30.
Sure would've been nice to have our first rounder this year hey.Sharp at 10??
That's called karma for demanding a trade to one club. I have no empathy for him at all. Sucked in Dan.I actually feel sorry for Dan. He left a great club, where he was played in his best position, becoming an all Australian.
He then follows the missus, breaks up with her, stuck in cold, miserable Melbourne with a broken heart, playing bad football, with no friends, and having to listen to pro Eddie Maguire chats on repeat.
Yeah but we'll get our chance over the next couple of drafts. Then they can change it.What a joke the talent distribution has become. 4 of the top 6 are pre allocated to clubs as well as 10 of the top 30.

Sharp at 10??
Yeah would be nice to not have Lukosius and miss out on Sharp by 1 pick on that Phantom draft.Sure would've been nice to have our first rounder this year hey.
What would've our first rounder ended up being though, pretty sure it would've been outside the top 10.Sure would've been nice to have our first rounder this year hey.
looks like you beat me to it.Yeah would be nice to not have Lukosius and miss out on Sharp by 1 pick on that Phantom draft.
