We can't, as it stands, take 3 rookies without upgrading another player. Our list is at 4 Cat A rookies and the maximum is 6.

As bad as this draft is, there’s still gonna be players drafted from it … and we’ve given ourselves 0% chance to improve.
We’ve got list holes, and upcoming needs and we’ve addressed nothing this offseason other than adding 1 future draft pick (Carlton’s 2nd rounder) of note.

Its not end of the world tbh, probably had some intel that the following would get through based on how it panned out (listed in order of my preference):
BOB
Greeves
Kickett
Rodriguez
Hibbins-Hargraves
Hetherton
Obviously the advantage now is you pay them less as a rookie rather than senior spot.
The interesting thing now is, I believe we must have 36 senior spots filled and currently we only have 35 (after 3 elevations). So one more Rookie A will be promoted out of Liddy, Mackinlay, Walsh and Evans. Unless I've gotten the rules wrong.

We have 35 on our senior list now, required to have 36-38 so assuming we fill that with a train or potentially upgrading Logan Evans later on.
