Am I off my head or is Sydney the best bet of the round?

Played 2x likely top 4 teams and took it up to them, vsing Freo who just got absolutely demolished by the Cats.

Sydney also seem to do well against Freo at Optus in recent years with their kick/mark game.

Swans just weren't good enough vs Hawks. Had all the advantages vs Bris - extra game, Lions terrible prep, jumped them early, no Cameron or Lohmann - still not good enough.

They have terrible injury problems - Gulden and Mills the quality but heaps of foot soldiers in Adams, McDonald, Melican, Fox, McIrnerney and Cunningham. Lost a few support players in the offseason. Team looks very thin.

Swans just weren't good enough vs Hawks. Had all the advantages vs Bris - extra game, Lions terrible prep, jumped them early, no Cameron or Lohmann - still not good enough.

Young's the big loss of that group - gun. I think Freo has a bit better depth to cover especially at home.

Two words. Justin Longmuir. Not confident the lad would be able to coach if it were up against Under 18 state side. Has hugely underachieved with that lot and I struggle to see why they are 6th favourites for the title.

Not sold on JL but that's a blast on Bolton. Was one of the best forward / mids in the league before cruising through games as Tigers got pumped.

I agree although I don't trust Freo neither. So probably disposals.
