Not sure why but the Sportsbet algorithm pays far less for a E Hewett and H Reid combined multi for goalscorers ($5.75), in comparison to the same two legs at Pointsbet which pays odds of $8.54.
And ill get back to this point today.

For same game multis, the Sportsbet algorithm cheats the punters so bad. Ive been noticing it for 3 years. Never really made too much of a fuss about it, as I really only their Same Game Multis for the Free hits.

I think of next weeks game involving Essendon and North Melbourne.

eg Merrett is $2.00 to kick a goal and Sheezel say $2.10 to kick a goal.

Its not as if one leg effects the other, they are two independent events. Merrett kicking a goal, doesn't better the chances of Sheezel kicking a goal and vice versa. Im just thinking Sportsbet are stingy with their payouts.

What their algorithm will do, is give you some lowish odds like $3.60 - an absolute joke. Sportsbet if your reading this, its time to lift your game. I know you guys are a big business, successful business but don't cheat the punters like that.

I mean minimum wise, I would expect at least $4.20 ( 2.00 x 2.10= 4.20), and in most cases Pointsbet are offering increased odds because they know that one of the events happening doesnt effect the other.

I mean SB very well may point out they offer the 'insurance policy' if a player breaks down but you take the higher odds over the potential of a player getting injured all day every day.

That comparison of the E Hewett/H Reid was a case where Pointsbet offered 48.5% better odds compared to Sportsbet. This is not a one off. Id say 99% of the bets for SGM are better at PB than SB. And I dare anyone who is an advocate for SB or works for SB to challenge that.
