Not sure if he was around during 2022 in the lead up to the 2022 draft or if relationship prior with Sheerin’s player manager but have included 2022 draft and trade additions to our list.

Trent Mosbey first draft in charge for us was the 2021 draft where we selected Reid (5), Yassir (16), Keily (48), Makur Chout (54)

Adelaide have picks 14 and 33 and Adelaide will also get a pick in from Carlton for Brooke Boileau trade. Carlton have pick 15 and 34.

Trade now depends on what we see as being her value, We gave up pick 18 for her that involved pick swaps equating to a pick 25 back in 2022. We may want more than pick 33 but her value would be around a mid second rounder.

Given that the club asked her to explore options, the trade value would be low. Pick 34 would be the best we could hope for.

I can't see Richmond getting a strong hand to rebuild as we don't have many tradable assets. The AFL have already jibbed us with GWS getting a compo pick and pick 3 dropping to pick 4.

Looking back at that Rnd 1 game against Sydney that’s where Ferguson lost me.
Probably not as gutted as the Rnd 1 loss to Carlton where Richo gave it a shake in the Brownlow year before, Cousins ripped his hammy off the bone and Yarran kicked goal of the year running down the members wing.
But you could almost hear the collective “WTF” with Kox lining up on Molloy.
A 159cm player first game back from an acl playing on a 3 x AA, 3 x leading goal kicker and BnF winner.
We had no Egan and they chose not to play Grieves or play her on limited minutes, an inside mid, pick 11, MVP in the U/18 champs and had been training with the Western jets since 13 (won a Championship with Montana Ham).
No no don’t play her or give her confidence in her natural spot, let’s play Bacon as a mid.
Bacon get 5 touches, Cox gets 2 and Molly kicks 4.
We kick 5 goals after throwing Miller fwd and she kicks 2.
Sydney play their first selection, Fish gets about 25 disposals and goes on to win the rising star.


Bacon goes back to a defender after the chance for finals is gone, Miller doesn’t make it a habit to go fwd and we delist Cox.
What a shocker.

everything about that night was wrong tactically. standing behind both goals i could see one team running the right angles, overlapping well. we hacked and dumped. we won enough ball, but didn't realise they were happy to let us scrap a kick forward, then brutalise us in transition. we didn't seem to lack for effort at that stage. just everything else.
